Local company that assist individuals with minor to critical care health issues in their homes to limit hospital and emerency room visits. Ours staff members are licensed trained health care managers (LVN, LPN and RN) with extensive experience in home care management that allows the elderly to remain in the comfort of their homes while receiving proper medical attention.  Critical care patients require assistance with maintaining their health.  We have working relationships with many insurance companies and health care compaies that offer independent living medical assistance.  

Our staff will work with primary care physician and care givers to ensure the best care plan is followed.  They are there to provide assessments and advise on resourses to improve the members quality of living.  The care managers are responsible for making contact with members and visit them within 24 hours.  of assignment. Our staff have flexible schedules with an orpportunity for parttime or fulltime hours.
